Make all site comments look like forum ones

I love the way the forum "comments" look and i'd like to make all other node comments look the same. Can anyone tell me what should i do or if it is possible? I remember that i saw a link to a tutorial somewhere about how to do it, but i might be imagining things since i am not able to find it now.

Thank you!
