Sometimes the menu router doesn't pickup the advagg paths, or something else takes over the 404. Should reduce a bunch of support requests as well.

Look into this failure a little more, going to use the code from #837794-34: How can I convert a file uri to relative path? as file_create_url() could have been causing issues.
