Hello. When I am developing my site, I don't need aggregation, because I always modifying my css/js and need to see results live.
This message is annonying. After each module upgrade I commenting this line in advagg.module, but I think many users will say thanks if you will add option to not show this message to admin.

Thanks.

Would a $conf[''] settings.php variable be enough? Document in the readme as well.

For sites that don't have user logins, why would an anonymous user ever want to see that message, it's just jarring and confusing (and pointless). There should be some checkboxes in the admin settings to show for different roles, or at the very least, just show for authenticated and/or anonymous. Not sure if it's better to open a new issue, or re-open this one, since the functionality is so similar.

@jcmiller09
I do not understand why this needs to be role filtered.

The bypass cookie can only be set on the admin/config/development/performance/advagg/operations page. The only time an anonymous user would see that message is if they logged out with the cookie set; this is by design, let someone investigate an issue with their CSS/JS that is only visible when logged out, otherwise ?advagg=0 in the url would work fine.

The message is jarring so you don't leave the cookie enabled on production and then come back the next day and wonder why the sites aggregation isn't working. If you're doing theme development then on your dev server you set $conf['advagg_show_bypass_cookie_message'] = FALSE; inside the settings.php file.
