When using Jquery Update, on settings page there is option:
"Choose jQuery compression level:"

I cant choose Production (Minified) version, it always uses Development (Uncompressed Code).

Thanks for the report, this should fix the issue. This was a hack to get around issues with JSmin+; now that I've worked out a decent way to work around already compressed files I can implement this correctly.

Patch below has been applied. Let me know if you have any more issues.
