Put Admin Role in 'Administration' category on Modules page

The "Other" fieldset gets very crowded on sites that use a lot of modules, and the "Administration" category would make sense here. Admin Role is a module that helps out with administering a site, and it would appear along with Administration Menu and probably other modules that provide related functionality. Good idea? What do people think?
