case:
User in Role A can only edit users of Role B but can see the edit tab for users in Role C also

Can the edit tab be hidden if the user doesn't have access to edit users in that role?

I intend to fix this as part of #2378869: Meta-issue for Beta 2 release. Please sign up as a follower of that issue and see the patch there that I would like feedback on.

Should be working with the patch.

Fix now available in latest release
