I have an odd situation that I cannot find an answer to by searching here. In an install of ver 7.14 all of my administrative pages have blank fields. The pages themselves are not blank, but individual fields are. I've attached a screen grab.

I've tried reloading the most recent version of core and all modules and themes and running the update script.

How do you know that it is 'Administrative pages' which causes this occurence? To me, this doesn't seem to be evident!

My reason for selecting administrative pages for this request was that I had only seen the issue appear on administrative pages. The screenshot is from just one but the same occurs even in an edit form. Now that I look further, I see it happens on any form page, including my webform.

Perhaps I've posted this in the wrong place. If you can direct me to where I can find an answer I'll be happy to take it there. I really am at a loss.
