Hi
I would like to ask you if it is possible to have integration with Better messages http://drupal.org/project/better_messages, which allow some interesting options.

Oppose to integration. Prefer a lightweight module. As an option in the settings to use Better Messages for display instead of a block would be okay.

These modules serve rather different purposes. better_messages is for improving drupal_set_message() messages. admin_message shows messages which are essentially content, could be commented/linked/etc.
