Aveu commentedI too am beginning to need a solution for this ... if I add just one more module with an admin menu section I won't be able to access the last menu item at all. As things are now I frequently have to switch in and out of fullscreen mode due to my firebug menus taking up screen space. I am changing this issue from feature request to bug fix as it is impacting actual usability and productivity (the very things Admin Menu was created to improve). I am also renaming this to more accurately describe the deeper issue involved.
One other thing. As more and more modules go into sites even scrolling is going to impact usability. I would strongly encourage part of the solution include a top 10 "most recently used" menu items section for the menu. Now I know that is a feature request, but it is relevant to fixing this problem.

juroon commentedThis is a problem for me too. If the long menu could scroll it would be fantastic.

Designers.pro commentedThis problem almost rendered this module useless for module extensive site, something like 100+ modules, the "Site configuration" menu goes off screen all the time. It is painful to keep using admin menu with these sites.
How about multiple rows menu which just show up once user roll-over the menu? Also, give user options to select how many items they want to show in a row.
Screenshot attached.
Thanks.

sunThanks for taking the time to report this issue.
However, marking as duplicate of #687750: Cannot access menu items in too long menus when the menu is set to stick at the top of the page..
You can follow up on that issue to track its status instead. If any information from this issue is missing in the other issue, please make sure you provide it over there.
