I've recently tested drupal-6.14 and admin_menu-6.x-1.5 with PHP 5.3. "Create content" does not show under "Content administration". With previous version of PHP (5.2) it works fine.

Create content does not show also with PHP 5.2 so this is not related to 5.3 compatibility.

Yes, this is not a PHP 5.3-specific bug. See #502500: Re-add Create content.
