I've uninstalled some modules and they still appear in the menu. The only two are the Case Tracker and the other Project modules. When installed they occupy a top item on the menu with sub items. When uninstalled the menu item at the tops stays, but there is nothing underneath, and they both link to the home page.

It might be an issue that I had both installed at the same time, since I think they tend to conflict some. I'm experience other errors on other thing as well.

Anyone else had this happen?

Hm... no, this should not happen, because Drupal's cached menu is rebuilt each time a module is (un)installed.
Dunno, how you managed to achieve this, but clearing your site's cache will fix the admin menu.

I can confirm that I have this problem as well - it's a problem not related to the Drupal Admin Menu module... I can uninstall modules, but the module links still remain in my Navigation/Admin menu - the links just link back to the parent. Is there any way to fix this bug?!
