URLs don't start with / anymore.

Because of this URLs are calculated relative to the current path in the url, which breaks navigation with clean URLs.

Example:

visiting admin/content/node

from domain.tld/page/path

results in domain.tld/page/path/admin/content/node

I missed release 2.3, so it could be changed between 2.2 and 2.3.

No bother, still don't know why it happened, I reinstalled and the issue was gone.
