matglas86 commentedHi @benjarlett, I know this is a beta1 question but since version 4 is progressing I would like to know what you would want to see to have better accesibility standard in the latest version of AddThis. Please let me know so we can start a issue on that. Thanks.

mgiffordIn the config page under - Additional configuration - there is a checkbox for - 508 compliant
I'm not sure why that's not selected by default. I'm also not sure what it does. It's good sign, but would be more clear for everyone if it focused on the global WCAG 2.0 standard.

mgiffordThis patch at least gets the first image in there. It's based on Git. The images inside of the AddThis box are all displayed as CSS background images from the looks of it and have representative text under them so it should be fine.
