This module integrates the Zone PHP library of CommerceGuys with Drupal, allowing you to define territorial groupings mostly used for shipping or tax purposes.
For example, a set of shipping rates associated with a zone where the rates
become available only if the customer's address matches the zone.
This module provides Drupal Commerce integration through a submodule and also supports inline conditions and discounts. You could use to check if a given address belongs to a given zone to give a discount.
