If you write above mentioned code you will be not able to open menu-toggle

So you can write like this

$('body').click(function(evt){
  if(!$(evt.target).is('.menu-toggle, .menu-toggle *')) {
      //event handling code
      $('body').removeClass('mn-act');
   }
  });
