I noticed that the "Panelizer" links do not show on the content type admin page (admin/structure/types). Per #2212873: 'Panelizer' items not added to content types table, this is a common problem with many themes, so if we can work out how to fix it for AdaptiveTheme we could work out how to fix it for all themes.

The Panelizer bug has been resolved, this shouldn't be needed anymore.
