use variable for clickTAG

Hi

I noticed that clickTAG is standard param, but unfortunately not everywhere.
Country where I live, Czech republic, Europe, and some others countries around, are using
variable "clickthru" instead "clickTAG".

There is nothing I can change with it, so I would like to ask you, if you could use variable (user define, clickTAG by default) instead hardcode clickTAG. So people like me, can change name of this varialble in admin settings for ad_flash.

It would be very helpful.
