Display problem anonym users

Hi,

my problem is that the block is only displayed for logged in users.

When you go on the page u see that it trys to display it for a sec and then u get a short picture like the opicture is broken, than it is gone.

I checked already the roles that it shows for anonym users and that the block i displayed for them too, still the same.

any ideas
