First of all, nice module! However, here are some issues that I experienced:
1.) Google Adsense Ads don't show up.
2.) Amazon Self Optimizing Links Banners show a horizontal banner with missing values instead of a skyscraper 160x600 banner. Code goes like this (it is not possible to post the javascript in full):

Javascript Start: amazon_ad_tag = "xxxx"; amazon_ad_width = "160"; amazon_ad_height = "600"; Javascript end:
Javascript Start: src="http://www.assoc-amazon.de/s/ads.js">Javascript end:

Is there a solution for the problem or do I make something wrong?

Does it work if you configure the module to change the ad module display method from JavaScript to Raw? This would avoid potential encoding issues with JavaScript within JavaScript.
