Ads are showing up in a users "track" and also when you click the "recent posts" link. Not just for the ad owner and admin, but for other users too. I just installed the latest version of the mod today, and I noticed that by default this is not suppost to happen via the admin settings but it still does. Help!

The only place that advertisements are currently filter out is from the search results. The tracker is a different module, and advertisements are not filtered from there. Changing issue to a feature request.

Is there a way to manually edit what items appear in the tracker? So I can set it so they don't appear there? Cause if other members see it, they can click on it and view the ad (although they cannot see the stats)

I don't know of any module that does this, but it may be out there. For the ad module to strip ads from the tracker it will need to use hooks to rewrite the query. Leaving as a 6.x-2.x feature request.
