I'm displaying image ads that are embedded in story nodes. This is working fine, and the reports accurately track the number of times an ad is viewed. However, I'm getting nothing but zeroes under the columns for clicks and click-through percentages ... and I have been clicking the ads and successfully been redirected to the destinations.

If you want to track your own clicks, then disable the click_filter module. That module filters out duplicate clicks, clicks by admins, and clicks by the ad's owner.
