Clarification, I can create ad content if I follow link from create content page. But if I use the direct link from admin_menu then I get the above error.

Same problem... but with "Failed opening required 'modules/ad/node.pages.inc' "

Duplicate, the port to Drupal 6 isn't complete yet.
