A kind of a newbie question - but I don't understand what to do with the
Destination URL: where you want people to be redirected when they click on the advertisement

What are users supposed to fill in here ?

If for example "Sample" is advertising on your website, they would have an advertisement for "Sample", and clicking on it would redirect the user to "http://sample.com". That is the Destination URL.
