I can't find it. So is there a way to reset the statistics of a banner and for all the banners at the same time?

No, statistics are collected on an hourly basis and are not intended to ever be reset. You can achieve the same affect as resetting statistics by simply displaying statistics since the last time the ad was enabled, also tracked in the ad_statistics table.
