I noticed the top of the ad.module has:

* Copyright (c) 2005-2007.
* Jeremy Andrews . All rights reserved.

Since modules on here are supposed to be GPL, that should probably be removed.

The ad module is not released to public domain. It is copyrighted by me, and released under the GPL.

Please read a little more about licenses.

Ok. I asked chx in IRC when I saw it and he said to file an issue. If it's ok, then I'm just going to let it drop. Not really interested in getting into the whole licensing headache.:)
