hello,

i was able to use views to generate node images in my activity stream (cck imagefields).
cck image fields appear great in the stream.

although when I add Node gallery:Image to appear, the image appears along with the activity message but overwrites the entire activity stream and replaces it with the only nodegallery image activity.

If i remove the node gallery image field from my field list, all other activity re-appears fine, but im unable to reference the node gallery picture with the others.

Is there a reason that its only when I add node galley:image the rest disappears?

Id like to incorporate both into my activity stream. I know they are both capable of showing but i don't understand the conflict. Not even sure if this is activity, or views related.

Any ideas?

Sounds like its the node galley image issue actually.

ok. after posting this i came to a realization I could easily fix this by

uninstalling node gallery all together
creating an user's photo gallery using cck and views
using the activity template for inserting a node (when a user submits a picture)
and use views to display the cck image field used in the gallery content type, as I did with my other content.

hopefully this will work :)
