When you remove the "flag" or "unflag" operations from being monitored for activity, the associated textboxes in which you input the text for that operation are hidden. However, if you revisit the activityflag admin page, then the textboxes for disabled operations are still visible.

It's really only a minor issue, I just thought I should report it for completeness.
