With latest dev versions of flag_friend and activity 2.x I've got such error:

Fatal error: Cannot use object of type stdClass as array in Y:\home\jjj\www\sites\all\modules\activity\activity.admin.inc on line 345

This is an activity bug and should be reported there, not in Flag friend. However it has already been fixed.
