I believe it should be 'd7_node:test_content_type' rather than 'd7_node__test_content_type'.

Ok, now we have

SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'jenkins_drupal8_contrib_patches_5942.test36464608file_managed' doesn't exist

Fix that, too.
