Is it possible to change the position of the link in the links row? Just now it is the first and users are complaining. Is it a small enhancement or... mission impossible?

links created by via hook_links are collected and generated by Drupal itself
and not the abuse module per se. If you want to reorder and present links
to your liking it will have to be done at the theme layer.
