[Patch 1/12] advancedqueue support, migrate remote pings and highwater field

This patch is part of a series of patches.

All those 12 patches are interdependant, and need to be apply in the right order.
I'm splitting them to ease lecturing the amount of work done, and get a better idea about what changed.
Those are not meant to be changed.

Adding advancedqueue dependency.
Adding migrate remote pings.
Adding highwater field support.
