Paid Project: Dynamic Analytics Code

I need to get Coremetrics analytics up and running on our site and I need to dynamically pass some variales to the code by creating javascript tags on the fly based on the page that is calling the code.

There will be multiple iterations, but the first iteration needs to pass the Content Type of the page along with it's path alias.

I'm not sure if this is best for a module or simple enough for a block. I will leave that up to the expert we hire after they have a look at the coremetrics requirements.
