Fixes and improvements:
* Fix message for session not hidden if not being used
* Making the target container for the message more broad to take into account for different themes

Add back in the default regions so not everything ends up in "Header" (boo). Tested installation of theme and what steps are required to make it look functional - added those steps to the foundation6 page.
Starting from this version the module takes into account either all or only unpublished nodes. This can be useful to limit a user activity until his new nodes are moderated and published.
Due to a bug in core, the dependency definitions conflict with installation profiles, meaning that Metatag cannot currently be installed via an installation profile.
