Releases for Book translation

Changes since 2.6:

• Fixed [#204175].
• Fixed #2335613: Breadcrumb translation not working with panels/ctool.
• Numerous smaller fixes.
• Better unit test suite.
• Removal of unused filed.
• Update code style to better comply with Drupal standards.

Fixes a few minor issues.

Fix for #1797612: Call to undefined function i18n_get_lang(). Replace i18n_get_lang() calls with i18n_langcode().

Corrected issue: #1795098: Can't figure this out.

Added more test cases to cover more module functionality.

Beta was out for several weeks with no bug reports. Making this an official release (beta scares people).

When a menu block is translated, the breadcrumb is translated as well (see 6.x-2.3 release note for more information).

Added breadcrumb translation.

Complete rewrite of the module. Much better use of the Drupal Menu API, the Book module and i18n module.

Changes:

Corrected code for #1152986: Book Menu shows empty book LI's instead of Language Neutral nodes. Optimized code at some places. Now handles all i18n Multilingual Settings.

Added support for Translation Manager
TM creates several parallel book hierarchies, as i18n Book Navigation uses one hierarchy for all languages. Disabled hierarchy translation with hook_presave_translation(). Patched by Chaps2.

I'm still quite confused about CVS, sorry.

The Beta 4 contains a tar instead of the module folder directly (?). Hope this fixes it, creating a normal tar.gz file with the module folder.

Fix for #1001196: Mullti Lingual Block. Now, the tree structure is dependent on the i18n settings.

It takes into account:

• "Current language and language neutral." (simple)
• "Mixed current language (if available) or default language (if not) and language neutral." (mixed)

The other two options are not supported at this time.
