When #945130: Update versioncontrol_repositories table to have update method and updated columns. gets in, we forgot to add the UI for it. It was mainly because git backend have its own UI and constants, so we need to move that code here.

I did not open one issue for git backend to remove it, since this should be really trivial :-p
