Currently the hook_form_alter is looking for the form name "book" -- and we've renamed the content type to something else, so the fieldset doesn't appear below the text area.

This is not a bug, so I'm downgrading this to a low priority feature request.

I'll leave it open as a placeholder, but unless somebody makes a really compelling use case for this, or comes up with a nice and clean patch, don't expect to see this worked on.
