Probably but will have to wait until we find another maintainer.

This is in relation to the cep_negate_path module, ya? Looking at this further, I believe that this module is redundant to the context path feature " ~ to exclude one or more paths." I'll probably pull this condition out of the module in the next major release.

I may be misunderstanding something though, in which case please re-open this ticket.

You're right. This is really no longer an issue.It was when I posted it a year ago, but context has come along way since then.
