After executed the patch call update.php!
The patch extends the bueditor database table.
Edit the editors visibility settings (See attached image) to configure editors per content type.

The first patch is not consistent enough.
In a content type is hidden the editor in the node form, but not in the comment form. This realize the second patch. In other words: If an content type configured to hide the editor, then are hidden the editor on the node and the comment form.
The attached second patch replace the first patch.
