Thanks for these fantastic modules.

I would like to be able to select the analyses available per content type :)

I would also like to be able what gets analysed. For example, I would like to exclude meta tags at some content types.

You can already select the analysis per content type. Go to Admin > Content > Content type and edit a content type. There is a Content Analysis fieldset for enabling and disabling.

Thanks Tom, I think I was not clear.

It is not the analysis type I would like to disable, but analysis for "Meta tags" for example, or for "Keywords" and just keep Page Title and Body analysis :)
