Actually you are talking about groups like editors admins in the admin settings.

So this can be done in groups too; like they all have their group + group email.

Has this module been implied there, or are there better modules to do so?

OK; I understand that sometimes a mail needs to get to several groups, so that probably doesn't cover what this module does.

Can it be integrated more with such group modules?

yeah i see what you mean, probably need to configure some things like different recipients based on which group was triggered?
