Is it possible to have image authentication with Drupal like you get when signing up to a google account? I had a look in the list of drupal modules but couldnt find anything. I would like an image authentication module because I have a drupal site hosted on sourceforge (swlpc.sourceforge.net) and I'm having trouble getting the emailing set up. Because of this problem I new users can't be authenticated. A solution would be image authentication.

This can be done by using the captcha and textimage modules together.

Thanks for you help. I got textimage and captcha working but couldnt work out how to switch off email validation. I would have thought there might be setting under settings->users but cant see anything.

I'm not 100% but I think logintoboggan allows you to bypass the email validation.

I played around with toboggan and gave me a few extra login options when allowing people to log on but couldnt get rid of the email address validation.

agreed doesnt look like this option is available, no matter what an email is sent after registration.
