Releases for ShURLy

Thanks for all for the contributions, this release adds several features and fixes bugs.

Features:
- VBO Integration. You can now deactivate hundred of short URLs at once
- Ability to redirect to a specific page when a short URL is deactivated
- Ability to edit the destination of a short URL. A changelog is maintained in order to keep track the changes

A database upgrade is required.

Last release of Shurly for Drupal 6. Please notice that there won't be any update or upgrade on this version anymore. If you want to benefit the next new features, please upgrade to the Drupal 7 version or wait for the Drupal 8 version.
