It's my first install of Drupal, version 4.7.3

I'm getting this error. I've looked at other topics that listed the same problem but I haven't found an answer.

i have the same problem... i couldnt find a solution for the beginners for drupal...

Try rebuilding the system table. Note that you will have to renable any contrib modules/themes once you have done this (contrib module data/settings won't be harmed, however).
