Deleting taxonomy term in Drupal doesn't remove magento_catalog mapping

I know Magento is the system of record, but there are times during development where we've had to delete a taxonomy term in Drupal. This leaves an orphan magento_catalog record pointing to a non-existent tid that prevents that term from syncing properly in the future.
