Just copy the erp directory in my module directory, then I go to the administer --> modules and get the following message :

Parse error: parse error in c:\documents and settings\tgu\my documents\mes sites\drupal-4.7.2\modules\erp\asset\asset.module on line 1204

Don't arrive to make it working !

Unfortunately, the asset module used some php5 features.
I've moved the functions around this morning which should make if php4 compatible.
Please let me know if there are still any problems.
