Attached patch fixes a couple of issues with flexinode permissions.

1. Fixes a problem where users (other than the superuser) can't create flexinodes even if the are given the appropriate permission.
2. Adds a 'edit own flexidnode content' permission bringing the permissions inline with recent changes in 4.4.0 (see http://drupal.org/node/view/6270)

I have two questions concerning this patch:

(1) Does the patch need to be applied to the current flexinode Contributions module ?
(2) If so, what steps should be followed to apply the patch? I've searched the site for newbie-friendly instructions on applying patches, but could not find any

I've got the latest (patched) version of 4.4 installed but I can't get the permissions working. when I check the appropriate boxes and click on "Save permissions" the updated permissions page no longer shows the boxes checked.
