There is a problem with the drupal.org packager that is causing some extra modules to get added to the profiles/openatrium/modules folder. This folder should only contain the directories "apps", "contrib", and "panopoly". Any other modules here should be removed. Currently this include "ctools", "feeds", "job_scheduler". These are unpatched modules placed here somehow by the packager and will cause your site to potentially break if you don't remove them.
Something wrong happened in the drupal.org packager. This release has extra copies of ctools, feeds, and job_scheduler in the profiles/openatrium/modules folder that should not be there. These modules don't have the needed patches and sites using this will break. A new release is being built to see if it was just a glitch on drupal.org.
