I just downloaded the 6.2.dev version and tried to extract it. There was an error with the corrupt archive. Extracting only gives empty folders.
Tried the 6.2.beta version. Same here.
I grabbed some other module to make sure, this is not related to my extractor-app. Everything works fine there.
Please check your archives.

I don't build the tars it is automatically done by the development system. The same system that builds the other modules. I'd give it another shot and make sure that the file isn't being cached by your browser or something.

Same happened to me with WINRAR, and I remember same issue along time ago, the previous time I installed module.

Just unzipped with 7zip and everything was fine :)
