I finally upgraded from drupal 4.3 to drupal 4.7. Everything went fine except for a few things that I've noticed.
- The modules page is no longer available
- I am unable to access the page containing my primary and secondary links
Is there something that I could do to fix this?

re: This is just weird...
You make your primary and secondary links thru the admin >> menu module now.
