Edit Upgrades / Addons link should not appear in checkout pane

Because panes are being used in multiple areas, the link to edit upgrade and addon items was appearing in the detail list in the checkout pane. By this point we should be guiding the customer toward checkout, not offering additional paths away from checkout.

There is no reason for this link to be visible on this pane.
